1. General Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
• Intimate apparel
• Opened software or digital goods

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@swiftmartnepal.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or a replacement for a defective item, please contact us for an exchange. We will guide you through the process.
